ThemeMap
ThemeMap is a thematic geographic information system designed to quickly tease out data at the school level on a number of socio-economic and demographic variables. Featuring census data adjusted to reflect school boundaries, data from Demographic Dynamics, and from test scores databases (such as EQAO), the software provides instant comparison between schools for any user-defined combination of variables.
ThemeMap allows you to quickly create community profiles in support of School Lunch programs, Inner City Schools projects, and differential staffing, as well as providing an overview of the demographic state of the School District as it relates to all of the key variables that affect enrollment.
